Guest List Detail

When you’re ready to send invitations or perform actions on specific guests, you’ll use this page to pick exactly who gets included. It’s perfect for managing RSVPs, sending reminders, or filtering by group.

How to get there: Event Dashboard > Guest Lists > [Your Group Name]

  1. Open your event in Velora
  2. Navigate to the Guest Lists section
  3. Tap on the group name you want to manage
  4. You’ll see the guest selection page with all guests in that group
  1. Tap the search bar at the top that says “Search by name or phone…”
  2. Type a guest’s name or phone number
  3. The list filters instantly to show matching guests
  4. To clear your search, tap the ✕ (clear) icon in the search field
  1. Browse through the guest list
  2. Tap the checkbox next to each guest’s name to select them
  3. A checkmark appears when the guest is selected
  4. The counter at the top updates: “X of Y selected”

Note: Guests without a phone number appear grayed out and cannot be selected — you’ll see a “Number Missing” warning. Add their phone number in your guest list before inviting them.

  1. Tap Select All in the top right to check every guest with a valid phone number
  2. The button changes to Deselect All
  3. Tap Deselect All to uncheck everyone instantly

This is useful for wedding guest lists where you’re inviting most people, or for Diwali corporate events with large groups.

If your group has more than 12 guests:

  1. Scroll to the bottom to see pagination controls
  2. Tap > to go to the next page
  3. Tap < to go to the previous page
  4. Tap first page or last page icons to jump to either end
  5. The current page number shows: “Page 2 of 5”

Your selections are remembered across all pages — if you select guests on page 1, they stay selected when you move to page 2.

  1. Scroll to the bottom
  2. Tap the Done button (it shows “Done (5 selected)” if you’ve picked guests)
  3. Your selection is saved and you return to the previous screen

Each guest may display colored badges showing their current status:

“Number Missing” appears for some guests — These guests don’t have phone numbers in their profile. You must add a phone number before you can invite them. Go back to your guest list and edit their contact details.

My search isn’t finding anyone — Check your spelling or try searching by phone number instead. If the guest truly exists, their name or number may be spelled differently than you remembered.

The checkbox is grayed out and I can’t select a guest — This guest is missing a phone number. Guests without a phone number cannot receive invitations, so Velora prevents selection.

I selected guests but they’re not showing as selected when I come back — Your selections only stay active until you tap Done. Once you leave this page, you need to select them again if you return later.

There are too many pages to browse through — Use the search function instead. Search by name or phone to narrow down guests instead of clicking through many pages.

The “Select All” button is disabled — This means all guests in your list are missing phone numbers. Add phone numbers to at least some guests before using Select All.
