Sign In to Velora

Once you have created a Velora account, signing in is quick and straightforward. This guide covers all the ways you can access your account and what to do if you get locked out.

Make sure you have one of the following:

  • Your registered email address and password
  • Your registered phone number (in +91 format for Indian numbers) and password
  • Access to your phone for OTP-based login

Open Velora > Welcome screen > Tap I have an account

Or navigate directly to the login screen at any time by opening the app — if you are not already signed in, you will see the login option.

The login screen detects whether you are entering an email address or a phone number and adapts the form automatically.

  1. Open the sign-in screen by tapping I have an account on the Welcome screen.
  2. Type your email address in the Email or Phone field.
  3. Enter your password in the Password field.
  4. Tap Sign In to access your account.
  1. Open the sign-in screen by tapping I have an account on the Welcome screen.
  2. Type your phone number in the Email or Phone field. As soon as Velora detects digits, it shows a country code selector.
  3. Select your country code if needed — Velora auto-detects your location, so for Indian numbers (+91) it is usually pre-selected.
  4. Enter your password in the Password field.
  5. Tap Sign In.

If you prefer not to type your password, you can use a one-time password sent to your phone.

  1. Enter your phone number in the identifier field.
  2. Tap Sign in with OTP instead of entering a password.
  3. Check WhatsApp for the verification code. If it has not arrived, check your SMS inbox too.
  4. Enter the OTP to complete sign-in.

If you cannot remember your password, Velora makes it easy to reset.

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password below the password field.
  2. Enter the phone number or email associated with your account.
  3. Velora sends a verification code to your phone or email.
  4. Enter the code and set a new password.
  5. Tap Submit to save your new password.
  6. You are redirected back to the sign-in screen — log in with your new password.

“Invalid credentials” error when signing in. Double-check that you are using the correct email or phone number. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you recently changed your password, make sure you are using the new one.

I cannot receive the OTP for passwordless login. The code is sent on WhatsApp first, so confirm WhatsApp is working on that number and you have a connection. Velora falls back to SMS, so also check that your phone is not blocking messages from unknown senders. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code. If the problem persists, sign in with your password instead.

The password reset code never arrives. Check your spam/junk email folder if you are using email. For phone-based reset, ensure the number is correct and has SMS reception. Some telecom providers in India delay short-code messages during peak hours — wait a few minutes and try again.

I am stuck on a loading spinner after tapping Sign In. Check your internet connection. If you are on mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi or vice versa. Close and reopen the app, then try again.

The app keeps redirecting me back to the login screen. Your session may have expired. Sign in again with your credentials. If this keeps happening, clear the app cache (device settings > app info > clear cache) and try once more.
