Viewing Booths on the Satellite Map
Section titled “Viewing Booths on the Satellite Map”The satellite map gives you a bird’s-eye view of the whole venue floor, so you can see exactly where each booth sits before you book. It is built for exhibitors and organisers picking stalls for expos, wedding vendor rows, Diwali markets, and college fest zones.
Opening the Satellite View
Section titled “Opening the Satellite View”How to get there: Dashboard > Events > your event > Book a Booth > Satellite
- Open the event you want to book a booth for.
- Tap Book a Booth to see the list of available booths.
- Tap Satellite in the toolbar at the top.
- Wait a moment while Loading Satellite fetches the latest layout.
The map opens zoomed out so the entire floor plan fits on your screen at once. The venue name and activity appear in the card at the top.

| Reserved | Held by someone else, not yet paid |
| Booked | Confirmed and gone |
| Blocked | Held back by the organiser, often for service access or a stage |
| Selected | Booths currently in your own selection |

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Couldn’t load the map” - Your connection dropped while the layout was loading. Tap Try again once you are back online.
“No layout available for this map yet.” - The organiser has not drawn the floor plan yet. Use the booth list instead, and check back closer to the event.
The map looks tiny when it opens - That is deliberate for large venues, so the whole hall fits on screen. Pinch or tap + to zoom into the zone you care about.
Tapping a booth does nothing - You probably tapped an empty aisle or gap. Zoom in a step and tap the coloured rectangle itself.
The button says “Not available for booking” - Someone else reserved or booked that stall, or the organiser blocked it. Pick another Available booth, or ask the organiser whether the block can be lifted.
Your selection count looks wrong - The count includes booths added from the list and grid views too, not just the map. Tap Continue to see the full selection in one place.
