Feedback Form

Set up the short questions your guests and organizers see inside Velora, so you can collect ratings on the moments that matter. This is for team members who manage feedback for your organisation.

How to get there: Dashboard > Feedback > New Question

  1. Tap New Question.
  2. Enter your question in the Question field. Keep it between 4 and 100 characters.
  3. Choose a response style under Type: Stars for a 1-to-5 rating, or Thumbs for a simple up or down.
  4. Read the short line below the buttons to confirm how that style behaves.

How to get there: Dashboard > Feedback > Where & When

  1. Select a Feature area so the question is tied to the right part of Velora, such as events or guests.
  2. Select a Trigger moment: the point in the journey where the question appears, for example just after an event is created.
  3. Select a Persona so only the right kind of person sees it, such as an organizer or a guest.

How to get there: Dashboard > Feedback > Delivery

  1. Turn Active on to start showing the question, or off to keep it as a draft.
  2. Enter a Priority number between 1 and 1000.
  3. Tap Save to create the question, or Update if you are editing one.
  4. Wait for the confirmation message. A green message means it saved; a red one explains what went wrong.
  1. Open the question from your feedback list.
  2. Change any field you need. Your current values are already filled in.
  3. Tap Update and wait for the confirmation.

“This field is required” - One of the starred fields is empty. Scroll up and fill in the question, all three targeting choices, and the priority number.

“Question is too short” - Your question is under 4 characters. Write it out as a full question so people know what you are asking.

“Question is too long” - You have hit the 100-character limit. Trim it, or split it into two separate questions.

“Enter a valid number” - The priority box needs digits only. Remove any spaces, commas or symbols.

“Priority must be at least 1” or “Priority is too high” - Priority only accepts 1 through 1000. Pick a number in that range: 100 is a good middle-of-the-road default.

“Please fix the errors below” - One or more fields failed a check. Any field with a red outline needs attention before you can save.

“Couldn’t save” - Usually a patchy connection. Check your network and tap Save again. If the message includes extra detail, that detail names the exact field the server rejected.
