Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“No favourite channels” - You haven’t starred any channels yet. Open a channel and favourite it, and it appears here straight away.
“No favourite DMs” - The DMs tab only shows one-to-one conversations you’ve starred. Group threads live under the Groups tab instead.
“No favourite groups” - Nothing starred yet in this tab. Favourite a group from the group conversation itself.
Loading spinner won’t finish - Your connection may have dropped. Check your network, go back, and open Favourites again.
“Unknown” shown instead of a name - The other person’s profile hasn’t loaded. Open the conversation to see who it is, or refresh the screen.
Swipe doesn’t remove the conversation - Swipe fully from right to left in one motion. A short swipe springs the row back without doing anything.
