Related Articles
Section titled “Related Articles”Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| ”No tasks found” | Ensure tasks have been created for the event. Go to the Task List screen to create tasks. |
| Charts show blank | Charts require at least one task with a status and priority set. Check your task data. |
| Overdue count seems wrong | Overdue is calculated based on the due date vs. today’s date. Tasks without a due date are not counted as overdue. |
| Mobile cards look different from desktop grid | This is by design — mobile uses cards for better readability on small screens, while desktop uses a full data grid. |
| Completion rate seems inaccurate | The rate is calculated as (completed / total tasks) x 100. Ensure tasks are properly marked as “Completed” rather than just having all subtasks done. |
