Task & Operations Report

The Task & Operations Report gives you an analytical view of your event’s operational readiness. It shows task completion rates, team workload distribution, overdue tracking, and priority breakdowns — helping you ensure nothing falls through the cracks before event day.

Home > Reports > Task & Operations

  1. Open the Reports Hub from the main navigation.
  2. Under the Operations section, tap Task & Operations.
  3. Data loads automatically across your events.

Top-level metrics about your task progress:

MetricDescription
Total TasksTotal number of tasks created
CompletedTasks marked as done
In ProgressTasks currently being worked on
OverdueTasks past their due date and not yet completed
Completion RatePercentage of tasks completed vs. total

Two visual charts sit below the KPI cards:

  • Task Status Chart — Pie/donut chart showing the distribution of tasks by status (To Do, In Progress, Completed, Overdue)
  • Task Priority Chart — Pie/donut chart showing the distribution by priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent)

On mobile, charts stack vertically. On tablets and desktop, they appear side-by-side.

Filter tasks by:

  • Event — View tasks for a specific event
  • Date range — Filter by due date period
  • Status — Show only overdue, in-progress, etc.
  • Priority — Filter by urgency level
  • Assignee — See tasks assigned to specific team members

On desktop/tablet: A full data grid with sortable, filterable columns showing task name, assignee, status, priority, due date, and more.

On mobile: Tasks display as individual cards with the key information visible at a glance (name, status badge, priority indicator, due date).

Navigate through task records page-by-page.

IssueSolution
”No tasks found”Ensure tasks have been created for the event. Go to the Task List screen to create tasks.
Charts show blankCharts require at least one task with a status and priority set. Check your task data.
Overdue count seems wrongOverdue is calculated based on the due date vs. today’s date. Tasks without a due date are not counted as overdue.
Mobile cards look different from desktop gridThis is by design — mobile uses cards for better readability on small screens, while desktop uses a full data grid.
Completion rate seems inaccurateThe rate is calculated as (completed / total tasks) x 100. Ensure tasks are properly marked as “Completed” rather than just having all subtasks done.
