Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Value is required” - The charge value is empty or zero. Enter a number above zero. Flat charges need rupees, percentage charges need a percent figure.
“Percentage must be less than 100%” - A percentage charge cannot equal or exceed the full ticket price. Use a figure under 100, or switch to a flat amount.
“Label is required” - Every charge needs a name buyers can read at checkout. Add a short, plain label.
“Fill in all charge details to see the preview” - One or more charge cards are incomplete. Finish every card, then the breakdown appears.
“Your net payout must be greater than zero” - Your charges add up to more than the ticket price, leaving you nothing. Reduce the charges or raise the ticket price.
Save Changes is greyed out - Either nothing has changed yet, or a charge still has an error. Scroll through each card and fix the red fields.
Your charges did not save - The message shown explains why. Check your internet connection and try again; your entries stay on screen.
