Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Guest not found” — The phone number isn’t in your system. Double-check the number with the guest, ensure you selected the correct country code, and try again. If they registered under a different number, ask them for the phone they used at sign-up.
“Please enter a valid phone number” — The number is too short or contains only spaces. Phone numbers must be at least 7 digits. Remove any country code from the input field (the country picker already adds it).
Phone number shows as masked (e.g., 98XXXXX6789) — This is intentional for privacy during gate scanning. Tap the ticket card to see the full number in the detail sheet, where it’s safe to verify with the guest.
Ticket shows “Fully Used” but guest says they have tickets left — All tickets for this purchase have already been scanned and marked as used. Check the guest list in the detail sheet to confirm the count, or contact your organiser to investigate duplicate purchases.
WhatsApp link doesn’t work — Your WhatsApp support number may not be set up. Contact your event organiser to add the WhatsApp integration so guests can reach help via the event code.
