Templates Gallery

The Templates Gallery lets you start building forms from pre-built templates instead of a blank canvas. Each template comes with pre-configured fields tailored to a specific use case — event registration, feedback surveys, RSVPs, and more.

How to get there: Dashboard > Forms > Create from Template (in the Quick Actions row)

The gallery opens as a full-screen page with a search bar, category filters, and a grid of template cards.

Use the Search bar at the top to find templates by name or description. Type a keyword (e.g. “feedback”, “volunteer”, “RSVP”) and the results update in real time.

Below the search bar, horizontal category chips let you filter by template type:

Tap a category chip to filter. The selected chip is highlighted. Tap again or select All to clear the filter.

  3. The template is selected and the gallery closes
  4. The Form Builder opens with all template fields pre-loaded

From here:

  • Customise field labels to match your event (e.g. change “Full Name” to “Attendee Name”)
  • Add new fields specific to your event
  • Remove fields you don’t need
  • Reorder fields by dragging them
  • Add pages for longer forms
  • Set up conditional logic for dynamic behaviour
  • Apply branding to match your event theme

Each template card in the gallery shows:

  • Template icon — a visual icon representing the template type
  • Template name — e.g. “Event Registration”
  • Description — what the template is for
  • Category badge — which category it belongs to
  • Estimated time — how long it takes to set up
  • Field count — how many pre-built fields are included

Cards are displayed in a responsive grid that adapts to your screen size.

The template doesn’t have a field I need

Templates are starting points. After selecting a template, add any additional fields you need in the Form Builder. All 15+ field types are available.

No worries. You can always add or remove fields after selecting a template. If you want to start completely fresh, go back to the Forms List and create a new blank form instead.

Templates look different from what I expected

Template cards show a preview with field count and estimated time. The actual form layout depends on how you customise it in the builder. The template provides the field structure — you control the styling through branding settings.
