Booth List Management

The Booth List page is the organizer’s command center for all booths at an event. From here you can view every booth, search and filter the list, add new booths, and jump to the visual layout editor.

Home > My Events > [Your Event] > Booth Management

  1. Open your Event Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the management section and tap Booth Management.
  3. The Booth List loads with all booths for this event.

A search field below the header lets you find booths by number or name. Search is debounced (waits 500ms after you stop typing) to avoid excessive queries.

A count indicator shows the total number of booths (e.g., “24 Booths”).

Each booth appears as a card showing:

  • Booth number
  • Booth type (Standard, Premium, Food Court, Custom)
  • Status (Available, Booked, Pending, Locked)
  • Pricing method (Fixed, Proposal, Auction)
  • Price
  • Size in sq m

In grid view, booths display as compact cards in a 2-column layout (responsive: 3 columns on tablet, 4-5 on desktop). In list view, booths display as full-width rows with more detail visible.

The booth list is empty but I created booths earlier. The list resets when you navigate to the page to avoid stale data. Pull down to refresh. If booths still do not appear, check your internet connection.

Search is not returning results. The search queries the server, so it requires an active internet connection. Make sure you are searching by booth number or name. Clear the search field and try again.

Filters show “0 Booths” but I know there are booths. Your active filters may be too restrictive. Tap Clear All to remove all filters and see the full list.

The + button is not visible. Scroll down - the floating action button may be behind the keyboard if the search field is focused. Tap outside the search field to dismiss the keyboard.
