Booth List

Your Booth List is the command center for all vendor stalls at your event. Here you can view, search, filter, and organize all booths—whether they’re food vendors at a wedding, brand pavilions at a corporate expo, or activity stations at a college fest. This screen lets you quickly find booths, edit their details, and add new ones without leaving the list.

How to get there: Event Dashboard > Booth Management > Booth List

Your booth list displays all stalls for this event in two formats: a compact card grid or a detailed list view.

  1. Scroll down to see all your booths
  2. Tap any booth card to see its details (booth number, category, pricing, amenities)
  3. Tap the grid/list icon (top right) to switch between grid and list views—use grid for quick scanning, list for detailed information
  4. Watch the booth count at the top—it updates as you filter
  1. Tap the search bar at the top (“Search booths”)
  2. Type the booth number or vendor name (e.g., “F-12” or “Sharma Catering”)
  3. Wait 500 milliseconds—your list filters automatically as you type
  4. Tap the X icon to clear your search instantly and see all booths again

The search looks for matches in booth numbers and vendor names across your active filters.

Your Suggested Filters sheet lets you narrow down booths by how you want to work with them.

  1. Tap the filter icon (top right, with a badge showing active filters)
  2. Select a filter category on the left: Pricing, Categories, Amenities, or Status
  3. Check the boxes for options you want to see (e.g., “Fixed Price” and “Proposal Based”)
  4. Use “All” or “None” buttons to quickly select/deselect everything in a category
  5. Search within a category (e.g., type “food” to find food-related amenities)
  6. Tap “Apply Filters” when done
  7. See a badge on the filter icon showing you have active filters—tap “Clear All” anytime to reset
  1. Tap the + button (floating action button at bottom right)
  2. Enter booth details: number, vendor name, category, pricing method
  3. Assign amenities (parking, power supply, WiFi, etc.)
  4. Save—your new booth appears in the list immediately

To edit:

  1. Tap the Edit button (pencil icon) on any booth card
  2. Update details (vendor name, pricing, amenities)
  3. Save—changes apply instantly

To delete:

  1. Tap the Delete button (trash icon)
  2. Confirm in the popup—this removes the booth and cannot be undone
  3. Your booth count updates immediately

If you need to rearrange booths visually on your map (moving vendor positions, resizing stalls):

  1. Tap the Edit Layout button (location pin icon, top right)
  2. You’ll switch to the interactive map editor—drag booths, resize them, rotate labels
  3. Save your layout changes
  4. Return to the booth list—your layout updates are live

If you have many booths (100+), the list loads in batches to keep the app snappy.

  1. Scroll to the bottom
  2. Tap “Load more” (shows current count vs. total)
  3. Additional booths appear as the page loads them

“No map to add booths to” — You’ve opened the booth list before creating a booth map. Go to Booth Management > Maps and create or select a map first, then return here to add booths.

“Booths look out of date or disappear after editing” — The app loads booths in batches. Scroll to the top and pull down to refresh, or reload the page. If the issue persists, check that you’re viewing the correct booth map (some events have multiple maps).

“Search isn’t working” — Wait 500ms after typing—the app debounces searches to avoid lag. If still stuck, clear your search with the X button and try again. Search looks for booth numbers and vendor names only.

“Filters say “No booths match” but I know booths exist” — Your filter combination might be too narrow. Tap Clear All in the filter sheet and try again, or search by booth number directly instead.

“Delete button is grayed out or missing” — Only booth maps you created or manage can be deleted. If a booth is locked by another organizer, ask them to unlock it first.
