Register for an Event
Section titled “Register for an Event”Fill in a registration form, pick the activities you want, and get your confirmation or ticket - all in one sitting.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need the event’s registration link or invitation. Most registrations do not require an account - you can complete them as a guest.
- Have your mobile number ready. It is how the organizer identifies you and how your ticket or confirmation reaches you.
- Some forms ask for extra details depending on the event: blood group for a donation drive, age and health concerns for a health camp, a child’s details for a kids’ workshop, or a full team roster for a school group entry.
- If the event charges a fee, keep a payment method handy.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”-
Open the registration link. The event name and what you are registering for appear at the top. If the organizer sent you a personal invitation, your name, phone number, and club are filled in for you - check them and correct anything that has changed.

Choose how you are attending. Some events ask this first. You might pick between attending as a visitor or taking part as a participant, or choose a single activity from a list. The list shows how many people have already signed up for each activity, so you can see what is filling up. Your choice here decides what the rest of the form asks you.

Fill in your details. Enter your full name and mobile number. Pick your country code from the dropdown next to the number. Additional questions appear based on the event type and on answers you have already given.

Select your activities. Where the event offers workshops, competitions, or sessions, tick everything you want to join. Group registrations ask you to add each participant one at a time, within the minimum and maximum the organizer set.

Move through the remaining pages. Longer forms are split into pages with a progress indicator at the top. Use Next and Back to move between them. Your answers are saved as you go. Shorter forms are a single scroll with one Submit button at the end.

Review and submit. Some forms show a summary of your answers before the final step. Confirm it, then submit.

Pay, if the event has a fee. You are taken to the payment screen, where you complete the payment. Do not close the app while it is processing.

Save your confirmation. A success screen confirms your registration and repeats the key details - your name, the event, and the activities you chose. Paid and ticketed events also show your ticket, which you can download. The organizer’s support number is listed here too.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Fields keep changing as I answer. That is intended. Questions appear and disappear based on your earlier answers, so you only see what applies to you. If a question vanishes after you change an answer, that answer is no longer needed and will not be submitted.
My mobile number is rejected. The number is checked against the country code you selected, so a valid Indian number will fail if the code is still set to another country. Enter digits only - no spaces, dashes, or the country code itself, since that is chosen separately. If you see “Please fill all the required fields,” more than one field needs attention; scroll up to find the highlighted ones.
I closed the form halfway. Reopen the same link. Your saved answers come back and you continue from where you stopped. Two exceptions: if you tap the close button on a multi-step registration and confirm cancelling, that progress is discarded, and choosing “Fill again” starts a fresh, blank submission rather than reopening your old one.
My ticket or receipt has not appeared. Ticket generation can take a few moments after payment. Stay on the screen - it updates on its own. If it does not, reopen your registration link; a completed registration shows the download option again. Still nothing? Call the support number on the success screen and quote your registration name and mobile number.
Something went wrong mid-registration. An error screen offers Try Again, which retries without losing what you entered.
