My Booth Bookings

The My Bookings page is your vendor dashboard for tracking every booth you have booked or applied for. View bookings by status, make payments, and manage cancellations.

Profile > My Bookings or Event Page > My Bookings

  1. Open the Velora app.
  2. Navigate to your vendor profile or the event page.
  3. Tap My Bookings.
  4. The bookings page loads with tabs for each status.

Four tabs across the top let you filter bookings:

TabShowsCount
AllEvery booking regardless of statusTotal count
ConfirmedBookings that have been approvedCount of confirmed
PendingBookings awaiting organizer approvalCount of pending
RejectedBookings that were declinedCount of rejected

Each tab shows a real-time count in parentheses (e.g., “Confirmed (3)”).

Each booking appears as a card with the following information:

FieldDescription
Booth IDThe booth number (e.g., “Booth B-12”)
Booking StatusConfirmed (green), Pending (orange), Rejected (red), Cancelled (grey)
Booking DateWhen the booking was created
AmountThe booth price (e.g., Rs 15,000)
Payment StatusPaid (green), Payment Pending (orange), Payment Failed (red), Refunded (blue)
Proposal BadgeShows “Proposal” if the booking was submitted as a proposal

If payment is pending and a deadline is set, a warning banner appears:

  • Orange: “Payment due: 23 hours remaining” (time counting down)
  • Red: “Payment overdue!” (deadline has passed)

If a booking was rejected, a red info box shows the organizer’s rejection reason (e.g., “Booth allocated to preferred vendor” or “Proposal does not meet requirements”).

Available actions depend on booking status:

  • Pay Now: Make payment if the payment status is “Pending”
  • Cancel: Cancel the booking (with optional reason)

My bookings page shows “No bookings yet” but I booked a booth. Pull down to refresh. If the booking still does not appear, the server request may have failed during booking. Go to Browse Booths and check if the booth status changed. If it still shows “Available,” re-book.

The “Pay Now” button is not working. Payment integration is being finalized. Contact the event organizer directly to arrange payment in the meantime.

I cancelled a booking but it still shows in my list. Cancelled bookings remain visible in the “All” tab for your records. They will not appear under the “Confirmed” or “Pending” tabs.

My booking shows “Rejected” but the organizer said it was approved. Pull down to refresh - the latest status may not have loaded. If the status does not change, contact the organizer to verify. There may have been a miscommunication.

Payment deadline shows “overdue” but I just booked. The payment deadline is set by the organizer and starts from the booking confirmation time, not from when you view the page. If the deadline seems incorrect, contact the organizer.
