About Your Club: Vision, Mission, and Leadership
Section titled “About Your Club: Vision, Mission, and Leadership”The About Us page is your club’s story in one place: who you are, what you stand for, the goals you work toward, and a personal note from your President. It is open to everyone, whether you are a long-time member or a visitor deciding whether to attend your next event.
Read the club overview
Section titled “Read the club overview”How to get there: Club Home > About
- Open your club site from the home screen.
- Tap About in the main menu.
- Read the About Us card at the top of the page.
- Note the founding year shown just under the heading.
Review the Vision and Mission
Section titled “Review the Vision and Mission”How to get there: Club Home > About > scroll to Our Vision
- Scroll past the overview card.
- Read Our Vision, marked with an eye icon.
- Read Our Mission, marked with a flag icon.
On a phone the two cards stack one below the other. On a tablet or desktop browser they sit side by side, so you can compare them at a glance.
Go through the club objectives
Section titled “Go through the club objectives”How to get there: Club Home > About > scroll to Our Objectives
- Scroll down to the Our Objectives heading.
- Read each objective in order. Every one carries its own number.
- Scroll through to the end of the list.
The numbering is fixed, so you can refer to an objective by its number in meeting minutes or a WhatsApp group without pasting the full text.
Read the President’s message
Section titled “Read the President’s message”How to get there: Club Home > About > scroll to Message from the President
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- View the President’s photo in the circular frame.
- Read the message below the quote mark.
On a phone the photo appears centred above the message. On a wider screen it sits to the left of the text.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“The President’s photo is blank or shows an empty circle” - The photo loads from the internet. Check your mobile data or Wi-Fi, then pull down to refresh the page. The message text still reads normally without the photo.
“The Vision and Mission cards look squeezed together” - Very wide screens place them side by side. Narrow the browser window or open the page on your phone to see them stacked full width.
“An objective looks cut off” - Long objectives wrap onto several lines rather than truncating. Scroll down slowly. If text still appears clipped, reduce the system font size in your device display settings.
“The founding year or club details look out of date” - This content is maintained centrally by the club. Reach out through the contact details on the club page and ask an office bearer to have it refreshed.
“The page appears empty when I open it” - You may have opened it while offline. Close the page, reconnect, and open About again.
