Your Club’s Media Kit
Section titled “Your Club’s Media Kit”The Media Kit page gathers your club’s official logos in one place, alongside a full list of the images and videos currently used on your microsite and the licence each one carries. It is built for club officers and microsite admins getting a site ready to share with members, sponsors, and the press.
Finding Your Official Logos
Section titled “Finding Your Official Logos”How to get there: Club Microsite > Media Kit
- Open your club microsite from your dashboard.
- Scroll to the Club Logos section near the top of the page.
- Review the three logo cards: Club Logo, District Logo, and Lions International.
- Note which logo suits your purpose before you use it anywhere.
Use the club logo on invitations, banners, and WhatsApp broadcast graphics. Save the district logo for joint activities and district reporting.
Checking Which Photos and Videos Your Site Uses

- Scroll down to the Placeholder Image & Video Sources table.
- Read the Type column to see what each entry is used for, such as a banner, a gallery photo, or a leader portrait.
- Check the Source URL / Info column to see where a stock item came from.
- Check the License column to confirm how each item may be used.
- Swipe or scroll the table sideways on a phone to see the remaining columns.
Replacing Placeholders With Real Club Media
Section titled “Replacing Placeholders With Real Club Media”How to get there: Club Microsite > Media Kit > Important Notes
- Scroll to the Important Notes card at the bottom of the page.
- Read each of the five notes about photos, logos, and social links.
- Make a shortlist of the placeholders still on your site.
- Collect real photos from your club’s project days, blood donation camps, and installation ceremonies.
- Update your microsite sections one at a time, starting with the home banner.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Logo shows a grey box with an image icon” - That artwork has not been added to your microsite. Upload it from your branding settings and refresh the page.
“The source table is cut off on my phone” - The table scrolls sideways. Swipe left across it, or open the page on a laptop for the full view.
“A source link in the table does not open” - Some entries record a description rather than a live web address. Copy the text and search for it if you need the original.
“I cannot tell which photos are placeholders” - Everything listed in the source table is sample media. Anything you uploaded yourself will not appear there.
“Sponsor asked for our logo in a specific format” - The page shows the logos your site uses. For a different format or size, contact your microsite admin or club secretary.
“Leader photos still show strangers” - Sample portraits ship with the site. Update them from your leadership team settings.
