Your Photo Gallery

Your photo gallery shows all the photos you’ve been tagged in across events you’ve attended. It’s your personal collection of event memories, organized by date and searchable by event.

Note

This gallery automatically populates as event photographers tag you in their photos. You don’t need to upload anything—just attend events and get clicked!

View Your Photo Gallery

How to get there: Your Profile > Photos

1. Open your profile menu (bottom right of your screen)
2. Tap Photos to enter your gallery
3. Scroll through your photos organized by date (newest first)
4. Pull down to refresh and load the latest photos from recent events

The total count of photos appears as a badge next to the “Photos” heading. Each date group shows when the photo was taken.

Pro tip for weddings

During multi-day weddings, your gallery automatically groups photos by each day—so you can easily find candids from the reception vs. the ceremony. No manual sorting needed!

Find Photos of You

How to get there: Your Profile > Photos > Photos of Me

1. Tap the Photos of Me card at the top of your gallery
2. Browse photos where you’ve been specifically tagged or identified
3. These are curated from all events in your network

This feature uses facial recognition to find you across photos—even if the photographer didn’t manually tag you.

Great for corporate events

After a big conference or team outing, use “Photos of Me” to quickly grab all your professional shots without scrolling through hundreds of group photos.

Explore Favourite Albums

How to get there: Your Profile > Photos > Favourite Albums

1. Tap the Favourite Albums card
2. View albums you’ve marked as favorites from past events
3. Access organizers’ curated collections quickly

Albums are created by event organizers to group photos by theme (e.g., “Mehendi Highlights,” “Award Ceremony,” “Diwali Party”).

View Photos from Ongoing Events

How to get there: Your Profile > Photos > Ongoing Event to which I’m Connected

1. Tap the Ongoing Event card
2. See photos being uploaded in real-time from events you’re attending right now
3. Check for candids and professional shots while the event is still happening

This is useful if you’re waiting for specific photos (like your first dance, trophy moment, or group shot) during a live event.

Open a Photo in Full View

How to get there: Your Photo Gallery > Any photo

1. Tap any photo in your gallery
2. The photo opens in a full-screen viewer with smooth zoom and pan controls
3. Swipe left or right to move to the next or previous photo
4. Tap the back arrow or swipe down to return to your gallery

Use pinch-zoom to inspect details in large photos (perfect for checking if you’re in focus at a wedding!).

Tip

The full viewer shows all your photos in chronological order—you can flip through your entire event history without returning to the gallery list each time.

Refresh Your Gallery

How to get there: Your Photo Gallery

1. Pull down on the photo list (swipe from top downward)
2. A loading spinner appears
3. New photos from recent events load automatically

This is useful if you just attended an event and want to see photos immediately after photographers start uploading.

Next Best Action

After viewing photos from an event:

• For weddings: Share photos with your family
• For corporate events: Download event highlights
• For college fests: Tag your friends in photos

Troubleshooting

“No photos yet! Attend events and get clicked.” — You haven’t been tagged in any photos from events in your network yet. Attend more events where professional photographers are present, or ask event organizers to tag you in their uploads.

Photos aren’t loading — Pull down to refresh your gallery. Check your internet connection. If problems persist, log out and log back in.

Can’t find a specific photo — Use “Photos of Me” to filter for photos where you’re tagged. If the photographer hasn’t uploaded yet, check back in a few hours—most organizers upload within 24 hours of an event.

Photo quality looks blurry — Tap the photo to open the full viewer and pinch-zoom to see the original quality. Low resolution in the grid is normal for faster loading.

Missing photos from an event I attended — The photographer may not have uploaded yet, or they might not have tagged you. Contact the event organizer to request your photos.
