A broken image icon appears on a card - The cover photo could not be downloaded. Pull down to refresh. If the icon stays, open the album and set a different cover photo.
The + button is missing - Either the event has been cancelled, or you have view-only access. Ask the event owner to give you organizer access.
“Tap + to create your first album” - There are no albums yet. This is normal for a new event. Tap + to start one.
A new photo is not showing - Pull down on the grid to refresh. Uploads from other people can take a moment to appear.
The grid looks cramped or too spread out - The layout adjusts to your screen. Rotating your phone or resizing the browser window changes how many albums appear per row.
