Reports Hub: Your Event Analytics Dashboard

Section titled “Reports Hub: Your Event Analytics Dashboard”

The Reports Hub is your command center for event insights. Here you’ll find pre-built analytics dashboards covering ticket sales, attendee check-ins, revenue, guest preferences, feedback, and team workload—everything you need to understand how your event is performing at a glance.

How to get there: Dashboard > Reports

On your Velora dashboard, tap or click the Reports menu item. The Reports Hub loads with seven organized sections, each containing focused analytics reports relevant to different aspects of event management.

How to get there: Reports > Overview

  1. Open the Reports section from your dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the Overview section at the top.
  3. Tap or click the Executive Summary card.

The Executive Summary gives you a one-page health check: total revenue, check-ins, no-shows, and key performance indicators. Use this when you need a quick pulse on your event—especially useful during the event itself or in the hours before kickoff.

How to get there: Reports > Ticketing & Sales

  1. From the Reports Hub, locate the Ticketing & Sales section.
  2. Choose the report you need:
    • Ticket Sales — Revenue trends and buyer counts
    • Ticket Purchase — Who bought what, payment methods, and timing
    • Ticket Batch Summary — Sell-through rates per ticket tier
    • Purchase History — Individual attendee purchase records

How to get there: Reports > Attendance & Access

  1. Open the Attendance & Access section.
  2. Select from:
    • Attendee Summary — Check-in rates, no-shows, and registered vs. actual headcount
    • Ticket Scanning — QR code scans, duplicates, and entry audit trail
    • Guest List — RSVP status, meal preferences, and dietary requirements
    • Participant Detail — Registered attendees and their form responses

Use Guest List to confirm meal counts 48 hours before your event. Compare registered counts with check-in counts in Attendee Summary to understand no-show patterns.

How to get there: Reports > Program & Engagement

  1. Scroll to the Program & Engagement section.
  2. Tap:
    • Activity Participation — Session sign-ups and fill rates
    • User Feedback — Ratings and comments from attendees
    • Referral Performance — Who referred new buyers and conversion source

Use Activity Participation during multi-day or multi-session events (like college fests or conferences) to see which sessions are overbooked or underattended.

How to get there: Reports > Finance

  1. Find the Finance section.
  2. Open:
    • Revenue Summary — Total revenue, payment trends, and breakdowns
    • Transaction Detail — Every payment record for accounting reconciliation

Use Transaction Detail when reconciling with your bank or preparing financial reports for stakeholders. Export or screenshot individual transactions for your accountant.

How to get there: Reports > Vendors & Sponsors

  1. Scroll to the Vendors & Sponsors section.
  2. Tap Booth & Vendor Summary to see:
    • Booth allocation status
    • Vendor booking completeness
    • Revenue per vendor

This is essential for multi-vendor events like Diwali markets or trade shows.

How to get there: Reports > Operations

  1. Open the Operations section.
  2. Tap Task & Operations to view:
    • Task completion rates
    • Team workload distribution
    • Overdue task tracking

Use this to keep your event team on track—especially critical in the final 72 hours before your event.

All reports allow you to:

  • Filter by date range — Tap the date picker at the top of any report
  • Sort columns — Tap column headers to reorder (if available)
  • Export data — Look for the Download or Share button to export to CSV or PDF

“No data in my reports” — Your event hasn’t started yet, or attendees haven’t begun checking in. Reports populate as activity happens. Check back after your event begins.

“Guest list numbers don’t match my spreadsheet” — Verify you’re looking at the correct date range in the report filters. Some reports exclude withdrawn or refunded tickets.

“I can’t find a specific report I need” — Velora includes 15+ pre-built reports. If you need a custom analysis, contact your account manager to discuss extending the platform.
