Invitation List

Create, preview, edit, and share digital invitations for your guests—all in one place. This screen is your command center for invitation management, whether you’re sending wedding invites, Diwali celebration cards, or corporate event passes.

How to get there: Dashboard > Events > Select your event > Invitations

Your invitation list shows all invitations for the selected event at a glance. Each card displays:

  • Invitation title and guest name
  • Associated activities (e.g., “Mehendi”, “Sangeet”, “Reception”)
  • Total invitation count in the header
  • Quick action buttons for editing, duplicating, and sharing
  1. Tap the + (plus) floating button in the bottom-right corner
  2. Enter the invitation title (e.g., “Diwali 2025 - Sharma Family”)
  3. Select your design template: Standard, Flip (birthday-style), Scroll (congratulations), Swipe (wedding), or Backdrop
  4. Add guest details: name, phone number (for WhatsApp delivery), email (for email invites)
  5. Assign activities if your event has multiple programs (e.g., “Mehendi”, “Sangeet”, “Wedding”)
  6. Upload or design media (photos, videos, music)
  7. Tap Save

Each invitation card has five preview buttons—tap any to see how your guest will experience it:

  1. Standard — Classic, minimal card design (best for formal events)
  2. Flip — Interactive flip animation (great for birthdays, announcements)
  3. Scroll — Scrollable card with confetti effects (celebrations, parties)
  4. Swipe — Swipe-to-reveal design (weddings, premium events)
  5. Backdrop — Full-screen backdrop with animations (immersive, luxury feel)

Choose the style that matches your event tone. You can preview multiple designs before finalizing.

  1. Tap the edit icon (pencil) on the invitation card
  2. Update any field: title, guest name, activities, media, or message text
  3. Tap Save

If your event is cancelled, the edit button is disabled to prevent accidental changes.

Reuse a design instantly without recreating it from scratch—perfect when you’re sending similar invites to multiple guests or events.

  1. Tap the clone icon (copy symbol) on the invitation card
  2. Wait for the “Cloning in progress” loader to finish
  3. A new invitation appears in your list with a suffix (e.g., “Diwali Party - Copy”)
  4. Edit the guest name and details as needed
  1. Tap the share icon (arrow) on the invitation card
  2. A bottom sheet appears showing all available links:
    • Personalized URL — Unique link for each guest (includes their name)
    • Standard URL — Generic link for all guests
    • Workflow URL — Links to your custom event workflow (RSVPs, activity selection, etc.)
    • Referral links — For guests who refer others (auto-generated or custom)
  3. Each link shows its expiry date. Tap copy icon to copy to clipboard
  4. Optional: Expand the QR code for any link—tap the QR icon, then:
    • Download QR — Save as PNG for printing on posters or wedding cards
    • Share QR — Send the QR image directly via your device’s share sheet

To send invitations to multiple guests via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email:

  • Customize Invitation Templates — Add logos, colors, and branding
  • Send Invitations via WhatsApp — Reach guests instantly
  • Track RSVPs and Responses — Monitor who’s attending
  • Import Guests from Excel/CSV — Add 100+ guests at once

  • Share Event Passes — Let guests download digital passes after confirming attendance

“Invitation ID is missing” — The system couldn’t load your invitation’s unique ID. Refresh the page or try again. If it persists, contact support with your event ID.

“Clone failed” or “Cloning in progress” hangs — This usually means the original invitation has very large media files (videos >50MB). Try cloning a simpler invitation first, or reduce file sizes before cloning.

Search returns no results — Check that you’ve typed the name correctly. The search looks for guest names, invitation titles, and activity names—not dates or descriptions.

Link says “Expired” — Personalized and Standard links have TTLs (time-to-live). Generate fresh links via the Share panel, or use Workflow or System links which never expire.

Can’t edit—buttons are greyed out — Your event has been marked as cancelled. Only archived/draft invitations can be edited. Reach out to your event organizer to restore the event status.

WhatsApp/SMS/Email delivery failed — The guest’s phone number or email wasn’t verified, or their contact info is missing. Re-check guest details in the invitation card and ensure the number includes the country code (e.g., +91 for India).
