Executive Summary Report
Executive Summary Report
Section titled “Executive Summary Report”Your Executive Summary Report gives you a bird’s-eye view of how your event is performing—registrations, revenue, check-ins, and health metrics all in one dashboard. Perfect for quick status checks before meetings with vendors or when you need to brief event stakeholders.

Open in Velora{.velora-link}
- Tap Reports in your navigation menu

Understanding Your KPI Cards
Section titled “Understanding Your KPI Cards”The four main metric cards show you your event’s health at a glance:
- Total Registrations — How many people have registered
- Total Revenue — Amount collected (for paid events)
- Check-Ins — Attendees who’ve actually arrived
- Event Health — Overall status based on registrations and timeline
Each card updates in real-time as registrations and check-ins happen. No manual refresh needed.
Viewing Revenue & Check-In Charts
Section titled “Viewing Revenue & Check-In Charts”Below your KPI cards, you’ll see visual breakdowns:
- Revenue Chart — Shows how much money came in and when (helpful for spotting payment trends or spike periods around your Diwali blast-send)
- Check-In Chart — Displays arrival patterns throughout your event
On mobile, these stack vertically; on desktop, they appear side-by-side for easier comparison.
Refreshing Your Data
Section titled “Refreshing Your Data”Your dashboard data updates automatically, but you can force a refresh anytime:
- Swipe down from the top of the dashboard
- Release when you see the refresh spinner

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Select an event to view its summary” — You haven’t chosen an event yet. Tap the filter dropdown at the top and pick an event to populate the dashboard with data.
Charts show no data — Your event may not have registrations or check-ins yet. Data appears once attendees register or arrive. Try refreshing with a swipe-down gesture.
PDF download fails — Your internet may be unstable. Move closer to Wi-Fi or wait a moment, then tap PDF Download again.
Numbers look outdated — The dashboard caches data briefly. Swipe down to refresh and fetch the latest metrics from your server.
“Hard failure” error message — This is a rare server issue. Close the app fully, wait 10 seconds, and reopen. If it continues, contact our support team.
