Troubleshooting

“Committee name is required” — The name field is blank. Enter a committee name (minimum 2 characters) and try again.
“No results found” in member search — The crew member doesn’t exist or the search spelling is wrong. Check the spelling or ask your event manager to add them to the crew.
Leader change asks to keep previous leader as member — The system prevents losing your old leader entirely. Choose Keep as Member to demote them (good for transparency) or Remove from Committee to replace them fully.
