Common Issues
Section titled “Common Issues”“Send button is greyed out” — Both the title and announcement content fields must have text. Tap each field and add content if either is empty.
“Failed to send announcement” — Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, restart the app or contact your workspace admin.
“I sent the announcement but no one is responding” — Announcements may not trigger notifications for all users. Consider sending a quick chat message to @mention key team members about the announcement.
“Can I send an announcement to just one team?” — Currently, announcements go to your entire workspace. To reach specific groups, use direct messages or create a separate chat channel for that team.
