Booth Form
Creating and Managing Booth Listings
Section titled “Creating and Managing Booth Listings”This screen lets you create new booth listings for your event activity or edit existing ones. Set booth numbers, pricing, dimensions, placement on the venue map, and amenities — all from one form.
Creating a Single Booth
Section titled “Creating a Single Booth”How to get there: Booth Management > New Booth (or tap the + icon on the booth list)
- Enter a Booth Number (e.g.
A-101,Stall-5). This is your reference label. - Select a Booth Type from the dropdown. The form auto-fills size and price from the type’s defaults — you can override them.
- Enter the Size in square meters (e.g.
9for a 3×3 meter stall). - Enter the Price in rupees (₹). Leave at 0 for free booths.
- Choose a Pricing Method: Fixed Price, Proposal Based, or Auction.
- Set Position X and Position Y (optional — defaults to 0, 0 on the map). These are coordinates in meters.
- Scroll down and select any Amenities your booth includes (power, WiFi, water, signage, etc.) by tapping the checkboxes.
- Tap Create booth to save.
Bulk-Creating Multiple Identical Booths
Section titled “Bulk-Creating Multiple Identical Booths”How to get there: Booth Management > New Booth
- Fill in the booth form as normal (booth number, type, size, price, pricing method, amenities).
- Look for the Quantity field (visible only when creating, not editing). Tap the + button to increase, or type a number directly (max 100).
- The form shows a helper: “Booths will be created with auto-incremented numbers and non-overlapping positions.”
- Tap Create booth.
The system generates N booths with:
- Auto-incremented numbers:
A-101,A-102,A-103, etc. (orA-101-2,A-101-3if your base number has no trailing digits) - Non-overlapping positions: Spaced so they don’t stack on top of each other based on booth type footprint
Editing an Existing Booth
Section titled “Editing an Existing Booth”How to get there: Booth Management > (tap a booth row in the list) > Edit
- Update the Booth Number if the stall was renumbered.
- Change the Booth Type if the vendor upsized or downsized.
- Modify Booth State (Available, Booked, Occupied, Locked, Cancelled). Only edits allow you to change state; new booths are always Available.
- Adjust Size and Price — your changes override the type’s defaults.
- Update Pricing Method if the agreement changed.
- Reposition the booth on the map using Position X and Position Y if it moved.
- Add or remove Amenities.
- (Payment Policy section, if your account has this enabled): Toggle Override the type’s payment policy to set booth-specific payment rules (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on arrival).

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Booth number already exists” — Each booth in an activity must have a unique number. Rename it to A-102 instead of A-101 if that’s taken.
“Please fix the errors in the form” — You left a required field blank or entered an invalid value (e.g., negative price, booth number shorter than 2 characters). Check the red error messages below each field.
“No booth types available” — Create at least one booth type first. Go to Booth Types and add a type with size and pricing details.
“Could not find a booth map for this activity” — The activity needs a booth map before you can create booths. Create a map under Activity Settings > Booth Maps, then return to this form.
“Booths overlap on the grid” — Your booth positions or bulk-create spacing conflict. Adjust Position X/Y or reduce Quantity to create fewer booths per batch. The system checks overlap using the booth type’s actual width and length, not just the size area.
“Position must be non-negative” — Position X and Y can’t be negative numbers. Use 0 or positive values only.
