Your dashboard is the home base for everything you have signed up for on Velora. It shows the events on your calendar and the people attending them, so you always know what is next and who else is coming.

How to get there: Dashboard > My Activities

The My Activities tab opens by default and lists every event you are part of, with the most relevant ones first.

  1. Open your dashboard from the main navigation bar.
  2. Tap the My Activities tab if it is not already selected.
  3. Scroll through the list to see your upcoming events.
  4. Tap any event in the list to open its full details.

How to get there: Dashboard > Participants

The Participants tab shows the guest list for your event, so you can spot familiar names before you arrive.

  1. Tap the Participants tab at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Wait a moment for the list to load.
  3. Scroll to browse the attendees.

How to get there: Dashboard

The dashboard adjusts itself to the size of your screen automatically.

  1. Open Velora on your phone for a single-column view that is easy to scroll with one thumb.
  2. Open Velora in a web browser on a laptop or tablet for a wider layout that shows more at a glance.
  3. Switch between My Activities and Participants by tapping the tab names, or by swiping left and right on a touchscreen.

  • Join an Event - how invite links and codes add events to this dashboard.
  • Event Details and Directions - the full schedule, venue and map for any event you tap.
  • View Your Tickets - find the QR pass you show at the entry gate.
  • Change Your RSVP - let the organiser know if you can no longer make it.
  • Notification Settings - control reminders for upcoming events.
  • Contact the Organiser - ask about timings, dress code or parking.
  • Your Profile - change the name and photo other participants see.

“No events to show” - You are not on any guest list yet, or you signed in with a different phone number or email than the one the organiser invited. Sign in with the number the invite was sent to, usually a +91 mobile number.

The Participants tab is empty - The organiser may have chosen to hide the guest list, or no one else has confirmed yet. Try again closer to the event date.

Participants look like they belong to a different event - The guest list can lag behind when you have several events at once. Open the specific event from My Activities to see its own attendee list.

The list is stuck loading - Your connection dropped mid-refresh. Move to better network coverage, then close and reopen the dashboard.

An event you cancelled still appears - Cancellations can take a few minutes to sync. If it is still there after that, check your RSVP status on the event page.

Names or photos look out of date - Participants control their own profiles. What you see updates only after they change it themselves.
