Understanding the Summary Card

- Total Registered — Everyone who has signed up or purchased a ticket
- Checked In — Guests who have arrived and scanned their QR code
- Cancelled — Registrations that were withdrawn
Use these numbers to track your event’s health: high check-in rates suggest good engagement, while last-minute cancellations may warrant follow-up.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“No Attendees Found” appears — Your event hasn’t received registrations yet, or all registrations were cancelled. Check that your event is live and attendees know how to register.
Filters aren’t working — Ensure you’ve selected valid filter criteria. Try clearing all filters and applying them one at a time to identify which one is causing issues.
The list doesn’t refresh — Pull down from the top to manually refresh, or wait a few moments for automatic updates. Some browser caches may delay data.
Can’t find a specific guest — Search by name, email, or phone in the filter section. If they’re not in the list, confirm they registered for the correct event.
Check-in data is missing — Check-in times only appear after guests have scanned their QR code at your event. This requires the check-in process to be active.
