Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Failed to load sub-communities”: Your internet connection dropped, or the server is temporarily unreachable. Tap Retry to try again. If this persists, check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
I created a sub-community, but it’s not showing in the list: New communities sometimes take 2-3 seconds to sync. Pull down to refresh the list manually. If it still doesn’t appear, check that you have the correct parent group selected.
I can’t find the parent community name at the top: If the parent community name isn’t displayed, it means the parent group ID was passed but the name wasn’t loaded. This is just a display issue - your sub-communities are still organized correctly.
The + button isn’t responding: Make sure you’re fully loaded into the screen (wait for any loading spinner to finish). If it’s still unresponsive, navigate away and come back to this screen.
Members count shows 0 for all communities: Sub-communities start with just you as a member until others are invited or added. Tap into each community’s dashboard to invite people via the Add Members option.
