Sign In with Your Phone Number
Section titled “Sign In with Your Phone Number”Get started with Velora Events by entering your phone number. This screen lets you begin the secure authentication process so you can manage your events, view passes, and stay connected with guests.
Enter Your Phone Number
Section titled “Enter Your Phone Number”How to get there: Open Velora Events and tap Sign In
This is your first step to accessing the full Velora platform. Here’s how to complete it:

Tap the phone number input field: It’s the main text box on the screen.

Select your country: Tap the flag icon or country code dropdown to choose your country. The default is set to India (+91), but you can change it if needed.

Enter your 10-digit phone number: Type your mobile number without the country code (for example:
9876543210for Indian numbers). The app automatically formats it as you type. -
Tap the Next button - This submits your phone number and starts the verification process.
What Happens When You Tap Next
Section titled “What Happens When You Tap Next”When you submit your phone number:
- The app shows a “Sending code…” loading screen while it processes your request
- A 6-digit code arrives on your WhatsApp within 10-15 seconds, or by SMS if WhatsApp cannot deliver
- The next screen opens automatically once the code is sent, where you’ll enter the OTP to complete sign-in
Fixing Errors
Section titled “Fixing Errors”If you see a validation error (shown in red below the input field):
- “Enter a valid phone number”: You’ve typed too few or too many digits. Check that you’re entering exactly 10 digits for India, or the correct length for your country.
- “Please enter a phone number”: The field is empty. Tap the field and type your number before tapping Next.
- “Network error”: Your internet connection dropped. Check your WiFi or mobile data, then tap Next again.
