Browsing Lions Club Bhilwara Pratap Events
Section titled “Browsing Lions Club Bhilwara Pratap Events”The Events screen is your window into everything the club is doing: upcoming service drives, activities happening right now, and a record of past work. It is open to members, guests, and anyone curious about the club.
Finding Events
Section titled “Finding Events”How to get there: Club Home > Events
- Open the club’s page from your app home or from a shared link.
- Tap Events in the club menu.
- Look under the Events heading for the three tabs: Upcoming, Ongoing, and Past.
The screen opens on Upcoming by default, so the next thing on the calendar is always the first thing you see.
Switching Between Upcoming, Ongoing, and Past

- Tap Upcoming to see events that have not started yet.
- Tap Ongoing to see events running right now, such as a multi-day camp or an ongoing donation drive.
- Tap Past to see completed events and the club’s service history.
- Swipe left or right across the cards to move between tabs without tapping.
If a tab has nothing in it, you will see a No Upcoming Events (or No Ongoing Events / No Past Events) message with a Check back later for updates note. That is normal between event cycles, not an error.
Opening an Event for Full Details
Section titled “Opening an Event for Full Details”How to get there: Club Home > Events > any event card
- Scroll through the cards in the tab you are viewing.
- Tap any event card.
- Read the full event details page that opens.
- Use your device back gesture or back button to return to the list.
On a phone you will see one card per row. On a tablet you will see two, and on a wide desktop browser you will see three. The same events appear either way, so nothing is hidden on a smaller screen.
What to Do Next

| An event is already running | Switch to Ongoing for live details |
| You are researching the club before joining | Browse Past to see the club’s service record |
| A tab looks empty | Check back after the next club meeting; new events appear automatically |
| You want to bring guests | Open the event and share it directly from the details page |

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“No Upcoming Events” - The club has not published anything new yet. Events appear here as soon as organizers publish them, so check back after the next meeting.
An event vanished from Upcoming - It most likely moved on. Check Ongoing if it has started, or Past if it has finished.
Cards look cut off at the bottom - Scroll inside the card area rather than the whole page. Each tab scrolls on its own.
Only one card per row on my phone - That is by design. The layout widens to two or three columns on tablets and desktop browsers.
Tapping a card does nothing - You may have tapped the gap between cards. Tap directly on the card image or title area.
Dates look wrong - Event times follow the club’s local schedule. Confirm with the club contact listed on the event details page before travelling.
