Community Review

This screen lets you see everything you’ve set up for your community in one place before you officially launch it. It’s your final chance to double-check all the details - community name, category, privacy settings, description, and any onboarding questions you’ve added.

How to get there: Community Setup > Preview

On this screen, you’ll see cards displaying everything about your community:

  1. Community Name: The name you chose for your space
  2. Category: The type of community (e.g., hobby group, wellness circle, professional network)
  3. Description: Any details you added about the community’s purpose
  4. Privacy Setting: Whether it’s Public, Protected, or Private
  5. Start Date: When the community officially launches
  6. Onboarding Questions: How many custom questions new members must answer when joining (if you added any)

Each section has a colored icon and a clear label, making it easy to scan and verify information at a glance.

If you spot something that needs to change:

  1. Tap the back arrow (top left) to return to the previous step
  2. Make your corrections
  3. Work through any remaining steps again
  4. Return to this Preview screen

You can jump back as many times as needed - there’s no limit to how many times you can review and refine before launching.

When everything looks good:

  1. Tap the Launch button at the bottom (it shows a rocket icon)
  2. Velora creates your community and shows a confirmation message
  3. You’re automatically taken to your community dashboard to start managing it

The Launch button shows a loading spinner while the system processes your community creation. This usually takes just a few seconds.

“I need to change the community name”: Tap the back arrow to return to Step 1. Edit the name and work through the form again. You’ll return to this preview screen.

“I forgot to add a description”: Go back to the description step (usually Step 2 or 3) and add it. Then review again before launching.

“I want to add or remove onboarding questions”: Navigate back to the questions step. Add, remove, or edit as needed, then return here.

“The community image didn’t upload”: Go back to the image upload step and try again. Make sure your image is in JPG, PNG, or WebP format and under 5MB.

“Launch button is disabled”: This means some required information is missing. Tap the back arrow, fill in any blank required fields (marked with asterisks), and try again.
