Setting Up Onboarding Questions for Your Community
Section titled “Setting Up Onboarding Questions for Your Community”This screen lets you create questions that new members must answer when joining your community. These questions help you screen members, understand their interests, and ensure they’re a good fit for your group.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“I can’t add a question”: Make sure you’ve filled in the Question Label field. That’s the only required field for adding a question. If the Add button is still disabled, close and reopen the Add Question section.
“My questions aren’t saving”: They save automatically when you add them. If you don’t see a question card appear after tapping Add, check your internet connection and try again.
“I need to change a question”: Delete the old question (tap the trash icon) and add a new one with the correct details. There’s no edit function, but this process is quick.
“What happens if I make questions required?”: New members must answer required questions before they can join. Optional questions can be skipped. Use required questions only for critical information.
“Can I reorder questions after publishing?”: Yes. You can edit your community anytime, reorder questions, and the changes take effect immediately for new members joining.
“How many questions can I add?”: There’s no hard limit, but we recommend 3–5 questions for the best member experience. Longer questionnaires reduce completion rates.
