Viewing Community Members
Section titled “Viewing Community Members”Browse and search members in your event community. See who’s joined, contact them directly, and manage your growing network all in one place.
Finding the Community Members List
Section titled “Finding the Community Members List”How to get there: Navigate to your community > Community Members
- Open the Velora Events app and go to your community
- Look for the Community Members option or members section
- Tap it to view the full list
The screen opens showing all members who have joined your community, sorted with the most recent additions at the top.
Searching for Specific Members
Section titled “Searching for Specific Members”How to get there: Community Members screen > Search bar
- Tap the Search members field at the top
- Type the member’s name, email, or any identifying detail
- Results filter automatically as you type (with a 500ms delay to optimize search)
- To clear your search, tap the Clear button next to the search field
Viewing a Member’s Profile
Section titled “Viewing a Member’s Profile”How to get there: Community Members list > Tap any member card
- Scroll through the list to find the member you want to know more about
- Tap their card (containing their name, email, and join date)
- Their full profile opens, showing contact details and additional information
Each member card displays:
- Profile picture or initials
- Full name
- Email address (if available)
- Join date — how long they’ve been in the community
Navigating Between Pages
Section titled “Navigating Between Pages”If your community has many members, they’re organized into pages.
How to get there: Community Members screen > Pagination controls (bottom)
- Tap Chevron right (→) to go to the next page
- Tap Chevron left (←) to go to the previous page
- Tap First page (|◄) to jump to page 1
- Tap Last page (►|) to jump to the final page
- The center shows your current position, e.g., “Page 2 of 5”
The current page buttons are grayed out when you’re at the start or end of your list.
Refreshing the Member List
Section titled “Refreshing the Member List”How to get there: Community Members screen > Pull down to refresh
- Swipe down from the top of the member list
- A refresh indicator appears
- The list updates with the latest member data
Understanding the Member Count Badge
Section titled “Understanding the Member Count Badge”At the top of the list, you’ll see a badge showing “X Members” with a people icon.
This count updates automatically as members join or leave your community. Use it to track your community growth at a glance.
What to Do Next

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“No Members Yet” message — Your community is new or no one has joined yet. Share your community link with potential members to grow your network.
Search shows no results — The member’s name might be listed differently than you expect. Try searching by email address or check that the community is spelled correctly.
Member list takes time to load — Larger communities (500+ members) need a moment to fetch. The skeleton loaders show while data loads—wait a few seconds and don’t navigate away.
Can’t see a member I invited — Their invitation may be pending. They appear in the member list only after they accept and join the community.
