“No communities found” message — This usually means your filters are too restrictive. Tap the Filter button, then Clear All, and tap Apply Filters to reset and see the full list.

“Join Now button is inactive or greyed out” — You may not be signed in. Sign in using the Sign In button in the dialog, then try joining again.

“My community doesn’t appear in search results” — Private communities are hidden from search. If the community is private, ask the organizer for an invite link or direct you to their community page.

“I’m already a member but see ‘Join Now’ instead of ‘View’” — This is rare. Try pulling down to refresh the community list, or log out and back in.

“Error when trying to join a community” — Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact the community organizer or Velora support.
