Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Community not showing up in search” — The community name may be spelled differently than you expect. Try searching for partial keywords, or scroll the full list manually. If you were just invited to a community, refresh the page.
“Join button is greyed out” — You may already be a member of this community (the button should show View instead). Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact the community organizer.
“Can’t create a community” — Ensure your account is fully set up and verified. Some communities require organizers to complete their profile first. Check that you have an active internet connection.
“My community disappeared” — If you were removed by a community organizer, you’ll no longer see it in your list. Contact the organizer to request re-entry, or create a new community if you prefer.
